Ashfield Nursery, Low Fell, Gateshead - Open Evening
We are holding an opening evening at the Low Fell Ashfield Nursery on Tuesday 1st November from 6.00 - 7.30pm. Please come along and find out more about our nursery. This is an opportunity for all to have a look around our wonderful nursery setting. You can speak to all the staff about the different age ranges we provide and care for and also see the quality of provision we offer.
Ashfield Nursery, Low Fell, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear
The Gateshead Nursery is situated within a 7acre woodland site in luxurious surroundings. The building is a listed building with local history. The main building is a two storey house which has been renovated into a nursery with no cost spared to achieve a very high quality and secure nursery.
Gateshead Nursery - Dedicated Baby Care Unit
We also have a detached building which is dedicated to care for babies from the age of 6 weeks up until we feel they are ready to move to the toddler room.
CCTV Monitored For Security & Outdoor Play
The nursery is monitored 24hrs a day by CCTV. Our outdoor play areas are grassed and soft play (rubber soft surface). Outdoor equipment is educational as-well as fun consisting of bikes scooters, balancing beams, sand pits, digging areas, weaving posts, slides etc.
Ample Parking, Drop Off & Collection
There are safe drop off and collection points with ample free parking situated well away from busy roads still close to local amenities and transport links.
All play rooms are well equipped where children can enjoy a vast amount of activities with both wet play and soft play (i.e. carpet).
Keep Fit at Springs Health Club
On a regular basis our pre-school children enjoy attending our local luxury health club (Springs) which is situated within the same grounds where a dedicated room is available for them to enjoy keep fit and games.
All food is freshly prepared on the premises and all dietary needs are catered for by the nursery’s qualified chefs.
The nursery staff are all qualified within the childcare field and continue to attend regular training to further their knowledge and skills. We work in conjunction with the Early Years child development team and OFSTED to ensure we maintain the high standards required.
